- Create or join an organization (organization name, role, team member details)
- Add payment methods (credit card details, bank account information, billing address)

Automatically Collected Information
When you access our Service, we may automatically collect:
- Device and browser information
- IP address and approximate location
- Usage data (pages visited, features used, time spent)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our Service
- Process transactions and manage subscriptions
- Facilitate content distribution to streaming platforms
- Send administrative notifications and service updates
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
- Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
- Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized access
4. Information Sharing
We may share your information with:
- Distribution Partners: When you create deliveries or avails, relevant content metadata is shared with the receiving platform (e.g., Pluto, Roku, Amagi).
- Organization Members: Information shared within your organization is visible to other members based on their role permissions.
- Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate the platform (cloud storage, payment processing, analytics).
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your content files are stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Wasabi S3). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Payment information is processed through secure, PCI-compliant channels.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We store your personal information for a period of time that is consistent with our business purposes. We will retain your personal information for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (for example, tax, accounting, or other legal and regulatory obligations).
When the data retention period expires for a given type of data, or when you delete your account, we will delete, destroy, or anonymize it. Account data and content files (stored on Wasabi S3) are deleted or anonymized within 90 days of account deletion, except where a longer retention period is required by law.
FurtherTV retains Google OAuth access and refresh tokens only while the user’s Google integration remains connected. When the user disconnects the integration or requests deletion, FurtherTV revokes and deletes the associated OAuth credentials and Google-derived account metadata within 30 days.
Google Drive and YouTube metadata used for asset selection and transfer is retained only as necessary to complete the user-requested import and maintain the resulting content record. Users may request deletion of Google-derived data through [email or their FurtherTV dashboard].
Media files intentionally imported by the user into FurtherTV become customer-provided assets within the FurtherTV service and are retained according to the customer’s account and content-retention instructions. Disconnecting Google does not automatically delete assets that the user previously directed FurtherTV to import, but users may separately delete those assets or request their removal.
You may request that your data be deleted by emailing us at [email protected]. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also exercise your deletion rights as described in our GDPR Policy. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
7. Third-Party Integrations
When you connect third-party services (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.), we access only the permissions you grant through OAuth or API keys. We do not store your third-party passwords.
The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and download your personal data
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your account and associated data (see Data Retention and Deletion)
- Opt out of non-essential communications
- Withdraw consent for data processing
9. Cookies
We use cookies for authentication (JWT tokens), session management, and analytics (Google Analytics). You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
