Your programme already does the hardest part of distribution — for free
Every year a festival finds the films, watches everything, and tells the world which ones matter. Then the programme ends, the films go looking for a home, and none of that value comes back to the festival that created it.
The FurtherTV affiliate programme changes that. FurtherTV is a marketplace where rights holders license their films directly to FAST and AVOD channels — the free, ad-supported streaming services on every television sold. As an affiliate, you refer your filmmakers to the marketplace and earn a share of the revenue those referred films generate — for as long as they keep earning.
No cost, no exclusivity, and nothing for your filmmakers to give up. You are pointing them at distribution they want anyway.

How the affiliate programme works
1
You get a referral link
We issue you a tracked link and an affiliate code. Put it in your acceptance emails, your filmmaker handbook, your alumni newsletter, the industry page of your programme — anywhere your selections already look for what comes next.
2
Your filmmakers sign up as content partners
They apply through your link, upload their film, set their own territories and windows, and license directly to channels. The attribution is attached to their account at signup, so it holds whether they join during the festival or a year later.
3
You earn on everything they license
When a referred film is licensed and goes into rotation, you earn your share of the revenue that film generates — reported quarterly alongside the licensor's own statement. Recurring, not a one-off finder's fee.
See what your filmmakers are doing
Referring someone should not mean losing sight of them. Affiliates get their own view of the titles they sent our way.
An Agent account on FurtherTV
Affiliates get an Agent seat — a read-only role built for exactly this: you see performance without being able to touch anyone's catalog or account.
Reporting across the filmmakers you referred
Which titles are live, which channels licensed them, where they are in rotation and what they have earned — in Monetizing, the same reporting your filmmakers see for their own films.
Something to show your board and your funders
Real distribution outcomes for your selections, with numbers attached. Festivals are asked to prove impact every year; this is impact you can export.
Your link and its click-through, every filmmaker who signed up through it, and what their titles are doing — in one workspace scoped to your organization.

What we bring
We onboard your filmmakers, not just your link.
A co-branded landing page
A page for your selections, so your filmmakers arrive somewhere that looks like it came from you.
A walkthrough for the cohort
A session with your filmmakers covering what the marketplace is and how to get a title ready for it.
Hands-on help with the first titles
We prepare masters, captions and metadata with them. Your team does not become a distribution help desk — we answer the filmmakers' questions, and you keep the relationship.
What festivals ask us first
Does this cost our filmmakers anything?
No. There is no upfront cost to list a film, no exclusivity by default, and no assignment of rights — filmmakers keep ownership and set their own territories and windows. Your affiliate share does not come out of their earnings.
Do we have to endorse every film we refer?
No. You are pointing your community at a marketplace, not vouching for titles. Each filmmaker applies, is reviewed and contracts with FurtherTV directly.
Can we refer past editions, not just this year?
Yes, and most affiliates do — an alumni back catalogue is usually the larger opportunity. Attribution attaches when the filmmaker signs up, however long after their festival that is.
What if a filmmaker already has a distributor?
They can still list what is unencumbered and set avails around an existing deal. Nothing here asks them to break an agreement they have already signed.
